Pen-Ro Group has been serving the plastics industry since 1966 building all types of molds, from single cavity molds to multi-cavity production molds, both large and small. Our most recent expansion has brought our total manufacturing plant to 45,000 square feet and is fully air conditioned.

We offer complete in house Engineering Capabilities: including product design, product development and mold design engineering of close tolerance, multi-cavity production molds for all engineering resins. We have the ability to work directly with end users, through industrial or product design houses and any resin manufacturer.

Our Tooling Capabilities include CNC Milling, CNC EDM, CNC Lathe, CNC Machining Center, Cylindrical Grinders, Jig Grinders and (11) Surface Grinders. We have 18 highly skilled mold makers in a 25,000 sq.ft. tool room that is fully air conditioned.

Our Molding Capabilities include three shifts of production with state of the art microprocessor controlled injection molding machines ranging from 25 to 300 ton clamp force. Secondary operations include basic machining and mechanical assemblies.

We incorporate SPC Quality Control methods to prevent defects before they are molded. We use fail safe (Poka Yoke) and source inspection right at the press using gages and fixtures to detect any variation during the molding production cycle.
